We have confirmed the following issues in the ver1.1.0 update.
Regarding issues in the Battle Tower
Issue Details
In some quests of the Battle Tower Sealed Tower of Cetra, the battle becomes unprogressable when certain enemies trigger the Elemental Explosion or Elemental Torrent.
Conditions for the Occurrence of Issues
Quest with Elemental Available
After a skill that displays the enemy's timer icon is used during a battle, it occurs when Elemental Explosion or Elemental Torrent of the elemental species is activated.
Issue Resolution
By restarting the app and resuming the battle, the effects of Elemental Explosion and Elemental Torrent may be played, and the battle may be able to proceed normally.
*However, if you attempt the quest again where the issues occur, the same issues will happen again.
Regarding issues on Android devices
Issue Details
We have confirmed an issue where data DL is displayed every time the app is launched on an Android device.
Regarding issues with immediately after launching the app
Issue Details
We have confirmed an issue where the app cannot proceed from a black loading state immediately after launching the app.
The cause of this issue is currently under investigation.
