Use Gift Code

Attention

  • Player IDs can be copied from the in-game Menu > Profile.
  • When the input is successful, the item will be sent to the gift box.
  • If player ID or gift code is incorrect, the gift will not be granted.
  • Gift codes are irrevocable once used. Please check your ID information before using the gift code.
  • Gift items may not be delivered to player accounts immediately; please allow for reasonable processing time.
  • Gift codes are subject to the expiration date stated by Square Enix.*
  • Items in the gift box must be collected by the date stated by Square Enix.*
  • A gift code cannot be used more than once on the same account.
  • If fraudulent activity is discovered, the subject account may be suspended.
